Lord of all wisdom, as we near Election Day, we reflect on the significance of our votes and the importance of civil discourse throughout the electoral process. Your Word teaches us in Philippians 2:4, “Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others,” and in Colossians 4:6, “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”

Father, help us understand the ripple effects of our voting decisions. Grant us wisdom to consider how our choices impact not just ourselves but ››› continue prayer here ››› our entire community. Give us hearts that seek the common good and minds that carefully weigh the consequences of our decisions.
