Day 18
Scripture: Daniel 2:21 (KJV)
“And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding.”
Today’s Prayer:
Eternal King, we praise You as the unchanging Sovereign over all earthly change. We exalt You as the One who orchestrates history according to Your perfect will.
We confess our anxiety about times of transition and our struggle to trust Your oversight. Forgive us when we’ve allowed fear of change to overcome our faith in Your sovereignty.
As Daniel proclaimed, we ask that You would help us remember that You control all transitions of power. Guide our nation through this change with the confidence that comes from knowing You remain in control. Help us trust Your timing and Your purposes.
We yield our desire for control to Your perfect sovereignty, trusting that You are working all things together for good. May our peaceful transition testify to our trust in Your oversight.
